"For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life." -Titus 3:3-7 KJV.
Salvation is not in a system, nor in a system of organized religious works, nor a system of doctrines and traditions of men. Salvation is in a Saviour. Salvation is when the kindness and love of God toward man appeared in the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ. "Not by works of righteousness we have done", but according to God's mercy He saves us, and that through Jesus Christ our Saviour. Not reforming the flesh, but by the "washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost" which God "shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour". We cannot justify ourselves before God nor man, we are sinners. By God's grace sinners are justified, and made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. A whole new creature! Only in Christ Jesus Himself is their eternal life. There is no other God, no other Saviour.
"I, even I, am the Lord, and beside me there is no Saviour." - Isaiah 43:11 KJV.
Vain religion would have men in a system, doing works of righteousness, through systems of organized religion, loading souls down with the heavy doctrines and traditions of mere men. There is no salvation in these things whatsoever.
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." - Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV.
Salvation is not in a system.
Salvation is in the Saviour.

When professing believers of the Lord Jesus think they can participate in pagan, evil holidays, religious services, and worldly events, with all it's vanity, entertainments, amusements, parties, and the like... they are deceiving their own selves.
"But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils. Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils; Ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils." - 1 Cor 10:20-21 KJV.
Loving these things of the world, partaking of them, is fellowship with devils. It's called IDOLATRY. a thing which God hates and a thing God will judge. No, one cannot "Christianize" these things. God has no part in them. It is a thing accursed in the eyes of the Lord. No one who professes the name of the Lord Jesus Christ can justify themselves in these things. Jesus speaking..."And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God." Is the person, place, or thing you love highly esteemed among men? Does the world love them, love it? It is an ABOMINATION is the sight of God. The lot of Christendom entertains devils right in their churches in these last days, mixing it up with the world, being, looking, sounding like the world. Seducing spirits and doctrines of devils! It's all a stage show just like the world. It's all IDOLATRY.
"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God." - 2 Corinthians 6:14-18, 7:1 KJV.
Note the religious context of these verses.
Fellowship...communion...concord...agreement...with devils? God forbid! Be ye not yoked with unbelievers in these things, come out and be ye separate, saith the Lord Himself. One cannot fellowship with devils, and say they have fellowship with believers in the Lord Jesus, with the Lord Himself. I do not care what "church" one goes to. The mass of Christendom, false Christianity, is ACCURSED. One cannot go out into the world and drink the cup of devils, and come back to drink the cup of the Lord. One cannot drink these cups at the same time, either. The will of the Lord is this..."I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils."
Come out.

"For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God; And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come." - 1 Thessalonians 1:9-10 KJV.
There are those that have turned to God from idols to the living and true God. They look unto the Lord Jesus, and none else. They know and believe that God has raised Him from the dead, even Jesus. He only is their blessed hope. They wait for the Son from heaven, watching, looking for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. They are delivered from sin, death, and the wrath to come. They are not appointed to God's wrath, but unto salvation. They have passed from death to life. They are safe on the Ark of Christ Jesus the Lord.
There are those that have turned from the true and living God to serve idols. They look into the world for vain and meaningless things. They look away from the Lord Jesus. They could care less that God raised Jesus from the dead. They are without God and have no hope in this world. They are unaware of the soon coming of the Lord, or laugh it off as a fable or a fiction. They are lost in their sins, face death, and are headed headlong into the wrath of the living God. They are dead in their trespasses and sins. They are in grave danger of perishing in their sins. There are those that profess with their lips that they serve God, yet still cling to their precious idols. They love to play church. They know a lot about God, they feign they have faith, but they know not the true and living God. They say in their hearts "The Lord delayeth His coming" while enjoying all the delights of Christendom. They still love the things of this world. They have cold, lifeless religion, but have NOT turned from their idols to serve the true and living God. They follow after another "Jesus". They mind the things of men, the doctrines and traditions of men, and know not they are NOT delivered from the judgment to come. They seem alive, but yet remain dead in their trespasses and sins. They are in the gravest of danger, facing judgement on a very severe level.
Note the last short phrase of 1 Thessalonians 1:10..."the wrath to come". In Ephesians 5:6-7 KJV we are admonished - "Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things (idolatry) cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers with them." Again, "cometh the wrath of God". Yet again...Colossians 3:5-6 KJV -"Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:" Note again the phrase "the wrath of God cometh."
Now to us who are saved to the uttermost by our Lord Jesus Christ, we are not waiting for the wrath of God that is coming. 1 Thessalonians 5:7-9 KJV -"For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ." We are not appointed to wrath, but to so great salvation. We are to be looking unto the Lord Jesus our Saviour, waiting for the Son from heaven.
But to those who are lost in the world, a world evil and condemned, still in their natural ruined state, they face the wrath to come, to them "the wrath of God cometh". They have no Deliverer. No hope! To them I say this day, FLEE THE WRATH TO COME. Turn to the true and living God from idols, repent and believe the Gospel.
To those at ease in Christendom, I admonish to FLEE CHRISTENDOM. This wicked, vile thing also faces the judgment and wrath of the living God. Be not yoked with unbelievers, or yoked with those that are yoked with unbelief, but come out from among them, from among Christendom, false Christianity, and ESCAPE FOR THY LIFE. Do not be partakers with the children of disobedience, those that disobey the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Do not confound organized modern Christendom with the true and living Lord Jesus Himself. Come out of Christendom, come unto the Lord Jesus without the camp, bearing His reproach.
To this present evil world "cometh the wrath of God".
To those called out of this present evil world, saved by the Lord Jesus, turned from idols to the true and living God, delivered from "the wrath to come"...
Wait. Wait for the Son from heaven.

In the prayer of Jehoshaphat, when there was a multitude coming against him to battle, he feared, and sought the Lord in 2 Chronicles 20:12 KJV - "O our God, wilt thou not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes are upon thee." God is the righteous Judge, and he cries to the Lord "we have no might" and "neither know we what to do". He is at his own wit's end, the end of himself. He placed no faith in himself and said by faith "But our eyes are upon Thee". Came the answer..."For the battle is not yours, but God's." (vs 15). God indeed judged the multitude, they were utterly destroyed, and Jehoshaphat and his people were safe and sound by the mighty hand of the Lord.
Isaiah 26:3 KJV -"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Thee: because he trusteth in Thee."
Stayed: Fixed, Settled, Sober. (Webster's 1828).
In this time we are called to Look unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our salvation. We have no might to save ourselves, and we must come to the end of ourselves and cry "Neither know we what to do!". The eyes of true faith turn unto the Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting on Him alone. The Lord calls all the unsaved to repentance towards Himself, and unfeigned faith in the Lord Jesus this very hour.
To those saved, we are to keep our minds stayed on Him. "But our eyes are upon Thee". We are to stand still and see the salvation of God.
"Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life." - Jude 1:21 KJV.
We are to keep our minds STAYED on the Lord Jesus, keeping ourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. Looking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Our minds are to be STAYED, FIXED, SETTLED upon Him.
"Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;" - Titus 2:13 KJV.
In this present evil world we are to be looking unto the Lord Jesus Himself, and looking for that blessed hope, and the appearing of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ. Not for the antichrist, not for world events to take shape, not for the end of the world, not unto the arm of man, not unto ourselves...unto the Lord Jesus. We are to be sober-minded and ready. This is not a time to be drunken with the things of this world, with those lost in darkness...rejecting the word of God, neglecting the word of God, distracted from the plight of our eternal soul and pursuing the things of this world...our eyes STAYED on vain religion, creeds, doctrines of men, works, money, homes, cars, cares of this life, education, philosophy, music, movies, media, entertainment, amusements, fables, fiction, books, etc.
Nay, can you honestly say...
"But our eyes are upon Thee."?
Everything else leads to judgment, and utter destruction and ruin. The multitude that came up against Jehoshaphat did not have their eyes upon the Lord, and were caught unaware of the judgment of God that was to come upon them. They marched on in their own might, and were utterly destroyed. Their ways seemed right unto them, but it led to death. They marched right into the path of God's wrath and judgement.
The Lord Jesus is at the door, READY to return to this world.
He only is King of all kings, and Lord of all lords. To the saved, our blessed hope unto salvation and redemption...our great God and Saviour. To the unsaved, as Judge of the quick and the dead, in wrath and fury as a Consuming Fire.
Are you ready? What must we do?
Turn your eyes unto the Lord Jesus, and be ye saved.
Keep your mind STAYED upon the Lord Jesus.

Ezekiel 33:1 KJV - "Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman: If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people; Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul. But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand. So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me. When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul. Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live? Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?" - Ezekiel 33:1-11 KJV.
God's love and mercy sends WARNING before He sends the sword, before the time of His wrath. God sets watchmen, and commands them to WARN the people. The prophets of old, like Ezekiel, were the Lord's watchmen. They WARNED Israel of God's impending judgment. In these last days God has spoken through His only begotten Son, and has sent forth His word. Not only to Israel, but to both Jews and Gentiles. God's watchmen are hated, despised, most were killed. Even the Son was rejected and crucified upon the cross. In modern times there are watchmen, who tell of God's WARNINGS. They are misunderstood, despised, rejected, shunned, avoided, ignored, laughed at, scorned, mocked, accused, and slandered. The sword of God's judgment is coming, believe it or not, ready or not, to the whole of heaven and earth. Trifle not with God nor with your own souls. Hear this day this WARNING...The ancient cry to Israel rings true today to the whole world..."Turn ye from your way and live. Turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways! Why will ye die?" Turn to God through His dear Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, and live.

Love Not The World

"Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world.
If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not
of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof:
but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever." - 1 John 2:15-17 KJV.
The world has a religion. The world has a church. The world has a belief system. The world has faith. The world has music. The world has pictures. The world has idols. The world has visuals. The world has amusements. The world has entertainments. The world has a philosophy. The world has stories. The world has fables. The world has myths. The world has many books. The world savours the things of men rather than the things of God. The world seeks to indulge the lusts of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. The whole world lieth in wickedness. The lust of this world, the world, passeth away. He who DOETH the will of God abideth forever.
What is that will of God?
"Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent." - John 6:28-29 KJV.
The will of God is that we repent and believe on His Son, Jesus Christ the Lord. In the Old Testament God sent prophets, and then John the Baptist, and then God sent His only begotten Son as SAVIOUR. In these last days God has spoken to us by His Son. God has given us full record of His Son through the written word of God, the Scriptures, the Book of books, the Bible. The will of God is that we believe on His Son and NOT PERISH. God is not willing that ANY should perish, but that all should come to repentance, (1 Peter 1:9 KJV), and childlike faith in Christ Jesus the LORD. So, God's will is that we be saved.
God's will is that we come out of the world unto His Son and be ye separate from the evil of this world. To fear God and DEPART from evil. Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If ANY man (or woman) love the world, the love of the Father is not in them. Those that truly believe on the Lord are IN the world, but they are not OF the world, and do not LOVE the things of the world. They do not love the things that the world loves, neither the things that Satan would have men give their souls in exchange for in this world. True believers love the things of God, they love the Son, they love the WORD of God, and they obey the Gospel of God's only begotten Son. True believers also preach Christ Jesus the Lord, and are not ashamed of Him nor of His Gospel.
May we pray the Lord for discernment and guidance unto the truth. The very heart of the Gospel reveals the very heart of God. God is not willing that we perish, but that we come to repentance towards Him and to place our unfeigned faith in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. God calls us to repent and believe this Gospel. And through the preaching of this Gospel, Christ is calling sinners to repentance to this very hour. Do not neglect so great salvation.

"There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death."
- Proverbs 14:12 KJV.

Humanism leads to death. The Lord Jesus leads to life.
Don't make a fatal error. Repent, and believe the Gospel.

Christ Died For Our Sins

"For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST DIED for our sins according to the scriptures..." - 1 Corinthians 15:3 KJV.

"For when we were yet without strength, in due time CHRIST DIED for the ungodly."
- Romans 5:6 KJV.

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, CHRIST DIED for us." - Romans 5:8 KJV.

"Who is he that condemneth? It is CHRIST THAT DIED, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us." - Romans 8:34 KJV.

"For to this end CHRIST BOTH DIED, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living." - Romans 14:9 KJV.

Christ Jesus DIED for our sins. When we were yet without strength, Christ DIED for the ungodly. God commendeth His great love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners. Christ DIED for us. It is Christ Jesus that DIED for us, for our sins. Salvation is all of the Lord, it is ALL His doing. We have no strength to save ourselves, our good works and our humanistic religion is vain. We can add nothing to it nor take anything from it. Yeah, while we were yet sinners before God He loved us and gave His only begotten Son who DIED for us. And this all according to the Scriptures, the written record God has given us of His Son, His word which is the sure word of truth. The Lord Jesus gave Himself over to literal death, and shed His blood for the forgiveness and remission of our sins.

Yeah, and He was buried, and rose again the third day, according to the Scriptures. It is Christ that DIED, yea rather, that is RISEN AGAIN. He rose, and REVIVED. He is ascended on high. He is the Great High Priest who is even at the right hand of God, who maketh intercession for us.

Repent, and believe this Gospel, any other Gospel is accursed. Amen.

IMPEN'ITENT, One who does not repent; a hardened sinner. Not penitent; not repenting of sin; not contrite; obdurate; of a hard heart. (Webster's 1828).
"Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
But after thy hardness and IMPENITENT heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
Who will render to every man according to his deeds:" - Romans 2:4-6 KJV.

An impenitent heart is a hard, unrepentant heart. There are those hearts that harden against the love of God that would lead them to repentance. The impenitent] heart will have no reproof, no instruction, and no correction from the word of God, nor of the Spirit of truth. They of a hard heart are unwilling to repent, and their hearts grow colder and harder by the day. A hard heart is an evil heart of unbelief. A hard heart is a heart of self-reliance, self-sufficiency, self-will, self-righteousness, and self-seeking. A heart filled with selfish pride. An impenitent heart is a heart that rejects God's word and God's way, insisting upon it's own way, the hard way, the way of sin. The impenitent heart preaches itself, and draws attention to it's own works, deeds, and devices. The hard heart savours the things of men and this world, and it's law is "Do as thou wilt". The hard heart is cold and lifeless, dead in trespasses and sins. The impenitent heart is heaping together treasures of this earth, with a mind only for this world, and yet also is heaping the treasure of God's wrath and the righteous judgment of God. The impenitent heart insists on the hard way of life. The hard way is the way of destruction and death, departing from the living God into apostasy.
But the good way is the way of repentance towards God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
We ought to examine ourselves this very day, to see what matter of heart we truly have.
Repent ye, and believe the Gospel.

REPENT', verb intransitive [Latin re and paeniteo, from paena, pain. Gr. See Pain.]
1. To feel pain, sorrow or regret for something done or spoken; as, to repent that we have lost much time in idleness or sensual pleasure; to repent that we have injured or wounded the feelings of a friend. A person repents only of what he himself has done or said.
2. To express sorrow for something past.
3. To change the mind in consequence of the inconvenience or injury done by past conduct.
Lest peradventure the people repent when they see war, and they return. Exodus 13:17.
4. Applied to the Supreme Being, to change the course of providential dealings. Genesis 6:7. Psalms 106:45.
5. In theology, to sorrow or be pained for sin, as a violation of God's holy law, a dishonor to his character and government, and the foulest ingratitude to a Being of infinite benevolence.
Except ye repent ye shall all likewise perish. Luke 13:3. Acts 3:19.
- Websters 1828 Dictionary.
Repentance, to repent, is NOT man working to stop sinning in order to be saved. Repentance is NOT to stop sinning and clean up one's act before coming to God. Christ has come to call sinners to repentance. Repentance is to have genuine pain and Godly sorrow over sin, a broken and contrite heart over sin, and to have a change of mind and a change of heart in the inner man concerning sin. It is a turning from sin towards God through the Lord Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sins and for full salvation. Salvation is all of the Lord. Only the precious blood of Christ Jesus the Lord, shed for our sins on the cross, can cleanse of sin. We do not cleanse ourselves of our sin, God cleanses us of our sin and all unrighteousness. We are to repent and believe the Gospel. Only by the power of the resurrection of Christ Jesus the Lord do we have eternal life. God commands all men everywhere to repent and believe on His Son. Once we do come to God in repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, we will have a changed mind, heart, and life. Repentance will then become a way of daily life, and a state the believer remains in all their days on this earth. True believers are not sinless by any means, but they do sin less and less as they grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord and His word. If a believer sins, they confess their sins to God alone, and He is faithful to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us of all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). So repentance is to sorrow and be pained for our sin against God, and to come unto God through the Lord Jesus for forgiveness of our sin. Those who repent, and come to the Lord with a broken and contrite heart He will not despise. He will not cast them out. The Lord will save them to the uttermost.
"The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit." - Psalms 34:18 KJV.
"The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise." - Psalms 51: 17 KJV.
Repent ye, and believe the Gospel.
